Whith the nformation you just provided, we will make a quick assessment.
• First we will evaluate the risk exposure of your DATA &/or EQUIPMENT, and advise accordingly.
• We will determine the best support route: Bring the Equipment to the Shop, Make a House Call, Phone Support, Remote Access ...
• We will tell you what to expect in terms of INITIAL costs.
• However, remember that we did not see yet the equipment, and that this might only cover the initial diagnose. Most likely, we will NOT be able to give you any idea of the final cost.
• BUT: we will not do any work, or charge you for anything you did not previously agreed upon.
Unless otherwise agreed or required, we start our work with a full diagnostic. Once this is completed, we will have a better understanding of the issues involved.
At various stages of the work, after the diagnostics, or later if significant changes in the scope of work occur, we will inform you of our findings, recommend accordingly, and seek approval. This might involve additional risks, funds, be strictly for information purposes, or others.
Once the diagnostics are completed, we can ususally give you an accurate estimate of the cost of the intervention. Unless unexpected discoveries, we will honor that estimate. Unfortunatly, at rare occasions such turn of events occur. As stated above, we will contact you as soon as possible and, after an update and adjusted agreement, will persue the route you elected.
As stated in our pledge, we will do everything possible to make your live easyer, less stressfull. Nonetheless, you will be informed of our progress, and no work you did not previously agreed upon will be done &/or charged. You will be in control at all time.
